West Cheltenham Team Ministry is a group of three churches with people from mixed backgrounds and with a wide age range. Many of us have struggled to find or hold onto faith at times. Our lives are still “untidy” in some ways. We believe God loves us all and that’s why he holds us together. We try to support and encourage each other – sometimes we fail! We want to show our community that Jesus Christ is Good News for us all.
We are looking to appoint to this post someone who:-
• Has a heart for the Lord Jesus and Young People
• Is gifted in pastoring and discipling 11 – 18s
• Can lead, envision and manage a team of volunteers
• Can expand our ministry in new and emerging ways.
• Can further develop our relationships with secondary schools and other youth agencies within the Parish
Salary minimum £19841 depending on relevant training and experience.
